Installation service
Turnkey replacements of smoke exhausters that we perform comprise the following stages:
- Taking measurements of existing equipment
- Selection of a smoke exhauster based on aerodynamic parameters
- Designing of the smoke exhauster with the existing installation site taken into account
- Manufacturing of the smoke exhauster
- Aerodynamic testing of the solution on a bench-testing rig
- Acceptance tests: fit-up assembly and motoring of the smoke exhauster in the customer’s presence
- Dismantling and installation, wiring of the smoke exhauster, electric motor, APCS system and integration into an existing production process
- Measuring of parameters as part of the start-up and commissioning work
